Lots Of Concerns Productions (LOCP) is a production company of which Jim Greco is the creative director.

It primarily creates films and merchandise and is a subordinate agency to its parent company, After Black Hammers, Inc. which employs LOCP to oversee the creative direction of its subordinate entities’ as well as its non branded, special project release merchandise, which have no collective name, only individual product titles, including, but not limited to decks, clothing, and footwear.

 

All products and merchandise LOCP creates are owned by After Black Hammers, Inc and are exclusively distributed by Baker Boys Distribution.

 Hit Cinders Holding Company is the exclusive owner and licensor of all trademarks and intellectual property utilized by After Black Hammers, Inc.
